Our Desktops is a social network of tech enthusiasts who love to create, customize, and view desktops. They work on
many different types of operating systems (Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, etc) and come from all over the world.
Where did this idea come from?
Tech forums have long held a special place for threads titled: "Show off your desktop!". Typically these
threads will be re-created on a monthly basis and span many pages (sometimes hundreds!). It's a tireless
topic because there are limitless desktop configurations. And through the process, excellent wallpapers are
put on display and shared for others to download. This helps foster a creative network. We hope you'll agree!
